Cyryl Romejko specializes in matters related to intelectual property rights with special regard for the issues of registration and protection of trademarks and industrial designs
While providing legal service for individual entrepreneurs and for companies, he advises them on the effective use and protection of the vested non-material property rights, analyses client’s ideas for the purpose of preparing opinion on innovation together with reports on state of the art, examines the so-called registrability of trademarks, prepares and analyzes agreements regarding copyright and industrial property rights (among others, license agreements, assignments, confidentiality arrangements).
Since 2013 Cyryl Romejko renders legal services in collaboration with attorneys-at-law from Miśkowicz Pach and Partners Law Firm located in Kraków. That includes representing entrepreneurs before the Patent Office of the Republic of Poland, the European IP Office in Allicante (former Office for Harmonization in the Internal Market, OHIM) and WIPO in registration processes and disputes.
More and more dynamically, together with Miśkowicz Pach and Partners Law Firm with its seat in Cracow, gets involved with IT projects and works for GAMEDEV business related to creation and introduction to the market of videogames, as well as related to investments in such businesses.
